Registration will start on Monday at 11.00 in the main hall.

Conference opens at 15:00 on Monday with a Plenary Talk, Welcome Party is scheduled for 19.00. On Tuesday the Banquet is scheduled for 19.00, but in a different building (about 2-3 minutes from Amber Hotel). On Thursday the Closing Ceremony will take place at 13.00. Lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are all in the Amber Hotel.

This year we will be going on Wednesday in the afternoon to the nearby Amber Baltic Golf Course – buses will leave at 16.30 and return at about 20:00, comfortable clothes are advised.
